Parking on pavement - obstruction, 7th November
For many months, cars are regularly blocking the pavement with parking either fully or partially across it, making it impossible for buggys and wheelchairs to use it which is then dangerous. It has becoming even more challenging recently as an additional car has started regularly parking across the same bit of pavement.

Concrete protruding on to highway, 8th August
Travelling along Flordon Road in my car and had to get in close to the verge as large vehicle coming in other direction. There was a bang bang and I thought another pothole but on inspection there are two large lumps of concrete buried and protruding into highway. It burst my front tyre and put my tracking out and cost me £162 to get repaired. The concrete is outside a property called WOR-YEM. I spoke to the person living there and he said that he had put it there to protect his water meter and indicated that this had happened to someone else before. I said it is on the highway but he said the road is eating into his verge and I should get onto council. This needs addressing and removing as it is unsafe, if a motor cycle or even a cyclist hit this it could do someone a serious injury.

Temporary 10mph Skid Risk warning sign, 18th April
A temporary 10mph Skid Risk warning sign has been placed alongside the A140. The area that the sign applies to is so small that I missed while driving by. Does anyone really expect the traffic to slow to such a slow speed on a major road when the hazards are negligible? I suggest that the sign is removed and the policy of placing signs is subject to a safety review on a case-by-case basis
