Garden waste, 24th September
Between Pound Road & Morgans way there are Oak trees with a TPO on them, but a resident in Pound Road has dumped loads of garden waste between two of then approximately 3ft high, this strip of land from my belief should be clear, once there was a pathway from next to no 1 Morgans way right down behind all the houses to the field to allow everyone access to the back of their gardens. The residents have removed their back fence so they can just dump all their garden waste. I am unable to get pictures, but the waste has built up over the years and is impacting on my back fence. I had to pay a tree surgeon to cut the two oak trees back due to them having a TPO on them costing me a great deal of money, As these trees are council property maybe they should take more care of them and have them dead wooded and trimmed periodically, There are 8 trees in total, the huge pile of garden waste be impacting these trees at their bases. I think the resident that is dumping the garden waste should have it removed and the area should be looked after to preserve the trees.

Obstructed Driver visibility and passing verges removed by home owners, 16th April
This bend on the Heath road has Hedges/ fences that are planted directly on the highway and obstruct driver visibility , making this a blind bend. Verges that are part of the high way and can be used to getaway from fast approaching traffic on this single narrow lane have been removed from use by property owners. No 6a The stores has put up bollards extending his boundary onto the passing verge and planted trees so there is no-where to pull into now when you met a hgv on the track and also the property owner of number 12 has extended his drive onto the passing verge that was there and put stones on the verge now incorporating part of the highway into the property, yet another passing verge taken . This is a reallkyt dangerous stretch of road and allowing the property owners of 3a The heath to put 12 ft hedges on the road side and make this a blind bend . I have to travel this road and have numerous near misses, its dangerous as the actions of these property owners is obstructing driver visibility and putting life at risk with hedges and fences that breech the Highway act legislation and also taking away/ obstructing highway verges that can be used by people not only ion cars but on bikes and horses too get out of the way of oncoming traffic out to avoid a collision . I request the issues I have raised and the safety of road users is addressed in this dangerous stretch of road at the The Heath Hevingham NR10 5QW before there is a serious accident due to the actions of these property owners.I ask that the hedges are removed to improve driver visibility on this dangerous bend and that the highway passing verges are reinstated

A hedge has been planted that stops being able to see oncoming traffic, 16th April
There is poor visibility for traffic and due to hedges and fences it is impossible to see around the bend and on coming traffic and is a dangerous bend in a narrow lane. Where a hedge, tree or shrub overhangs a highway or any other road or footpath to which the public has access so as to endanger or obstruct the passage of vehicles or pedestrians, or obstructs or interferes with the view of drivers. There are a cluster of houses own this bend that are putting peoples lives at risk due to hedges and fences and posts. I have had several near misses with oncoming traffic as my visibility is obstructed. I request this is addressed and this bend in the narrow lane is made safer for road users. It starts at 3 the heath and is both sides of the road. The property no 12 The heath NR10 5QW has taken over and removed the pull in verge that was there and extended his driveway onto the highway removing the pull in verge and spread peddles all overt the highway. No 6a the Stores has also removed the pull in verge and put wooden bollards and trees where you used to be able to pull in out of the way of oncoming cars. The hedges and properties that have been bunched in this area is disgraceful and the management of the hedges and fences that have been put up impacting driver visibility and creating a blind corner and putting members of the public at risk when using the public highway. I request this is immediately addressed as is a risk to public safety.
