Unauthorised road signs, 23rd March
Many unauthorised road signs on the road showing 40mph when the speed limit is 50mph. Also further down the road towards Aylsham where the speed limit is 60mph fake signs showing 40mph. This is dangerous, confusing many drivers which slamming on their breaks for no reason. Police and Council people are driving daily on this road, seeing the fake signs, but do nothing to remove them. Unauthorised signs appear for first time about couple of years before and multiple since then. Today I saw at least 20 of them. Please remove them as it's matter of time accident to happen.

Dangerous Unauthorised Road Signs, 16th March
There is a campaign for a 40mph limit in the current 50mph zone. Campaigners have put up numerous fake 40mph signs that constantly trip/interfere with my car’s safety systems, causing it to brake hard every time it sees one of their signs and accelerate again when a genuine sign is passed. I have to turn off the safety systems, including pedestrian protection, to drive safely.

Advertising signage blocking visibility at dangerous junction, 9th January
Advertising signage on the junction where Hainford Road meets the Old Church Road is blocking visibility. This has made it impossible to see traffic approaching from the Buxton Road direction and therefore turning onto the Old Church Road very dangerous. This has been ongoing for years but the signage has recently become larger.

Unofficial speed signs, 9th January
Many incorrect, unofficial speed signs on verges, both sides of the road, 20mph lower than national speed limits on that section of road. Dangerous as automated vehicles read this signage and it overrides the correct speed limit resulting in the vehicle suddenly and without obvious cause reducing speed. Alarming to the driver of the vehicle and potentially accident inducing to the vehicle following. Please have them removed.

Fake traffic signs put up., 7th January
Along the road, fake traffic signs have been put up that look identical to real ones, showing a lower speed limit than the legal speed limit on this road.
On multiple occasions I have had people in front of me slamming the brakes when near one of those signs, presumably because they thought they were speeding when in fact they were not. Sooner or later this will lead to accidents.

Garden waste, 24th September
Between Pound Road & Morgans way there are Oak trees with a TPO on them, but a resident in Pound Road has dumped loads of garden waste between two of then approximately 3ft high, this strip of land from my belief should be clear, once there was a pathway from next to no 1 Morgans way right down behind all the houses to the field to allow everyone access to the back of their gardens. The residents have removed their back fence so they can just dump all their garden waste. I am unable to get pictures, but the waste has built up over the years and is impacting on my back fence. I had to pay a tree surgeon to cut the two oak trees back due to them having a TPO on them costing me a great deal of money, As these trees are council property maybe they should take more care of them and have them dead wooded and trimmed periodically, There are 8 trees in total, the huge pile of garden waste be impacting these trees at their bases. I think the resident that is dumping the garden waste should have it removed and the area should be looked after to preserve the trees.

Driveway floods when it rains., 20th November
When raining, the water leaves the main A140, crossing the footpath in front of the Royal Mail postbox and entering the driveway at 31, Cromer Road, Hainford. This causes the driveway to flood quite severely. Traffic regularly drives on the path to use the postbox and over the years this, as well as the road surface building up has lead to an easy route for the water to enter at 31.
