Road Drain still not cleared, 27th January
Problem reported 23/10/21 : ENQ-519583-S1G3C2
Re-reported 23/11/21 : ENQ-526497-Q8C0Q4
Road drain has not been emptied - now 3months since the problem was logged - I appreciate that there may be operational issues at the mo. but I want to make sure that the drain is emptied at some point soon - water pools on the road (frost pocket location/ non treated road) as a result of the non-functional drain; this then freezes and creates a hazard to pedestrians and vehicles coming down the hill.

Road drain sump has not been cleared, 22nd November
The sump of the road drain marked with a pole in the attached pics has not been emptied - but two verge 'cuts' have been cleared 50 yards down the road but the original problem with the road drain still exists. It needs a suction lorry.

Road drain sump blocked opposite Stable Barn, NR95PQ, 20th October
This road drain near the bottom of a long shallow hill gets a large amount of field debris washed into it, so that the sump eventually fills up with grit and mud.

Traffic usage and speeding, 20th May
The road is not suitable for the lorries and buses that use it. The road is narrow and the way some of them drive is very unsafe. The speed limit on this road is 60 but should be reduced for safety reasons. We especially have speeding and noisy motorbikes on a Friday night.

A year and a half after being told the road was being resurfaced, 25th February
I have reported ongoing pothole issues with the road outside our house for 4 years continuously culminating in last year a worker arriving in a small van and driving over a bag of asphalt and considering that a job well done. Having now been lied to by the council highway engineers about the road being resurfaced and it not being done this will be the last time I do and then I will be going to the EDP with the whole story and the history. Ironically the council have used every excuse from saying the road was not made up then agreeing it was to 2 separate engineers visiting the issue and nothing being done. The next issue will be that there is an accident with a car or a broken ankle get it done

Hello - the road surface around the drain cover has broken away.

Road surface has broken up with large hole now evident, 2nd November
Road drain completely blocked (drain top plus sump and pipe leading to river appear blocked with mud first reported 1st Oct and acknowledged by NCC) on one side of this road section so it now seriously floods right across the road. Tarmac surface now has broken up opposite the blocked drain and a deep hole has appeared. When this inevitably is covered by flooding across the road, then it is totally hidden and a significant danger to cyclists and horse riders and liable to cause tyre damage to vehicles.

Multiple large potholes that have been continuously reported, 23rd October
These potholes are repeat offenders caused by the continued promos of resurfacing but actually bags of tarmac being thrown in the hole. Fed up of reporting this and now going to the press about it. I have emails from the council engineers stating this road would be resurfaced by September last year and still not done unacceptable
