Foot bridge/bridleway bridge collapsed, 25th April
This bridge is next to the bridge that has just been fixed. This bridge just gave way under my horse. These two bridges need a full inspection doing. Highly dangerous for everyone using these. This could have been a serious problem, Had my horse not have remained calm this would have resulted in her breaking her leg and me having a serious fall over the railings. This bridge already has a temporary repair that has been report since September 2023. Sort these two bridge now before someone or something gets seriously injured!!!

Road completely deteriorated, 25th April
Danger to life.
The main a6 highway that sees thousands of cars a day is completely destroyed throughout finedon.
The road is completely uneven meaning even at 30mph it flings your cars steering. Massive 3 metre by 3 metre sinking outside the premier shop (also the location of the main bus stop for school children to huxlow). Surprised there hasn’t been a serious car/pedestrian collision as you now have to drive adjacent to the kerb to try and avoid the huge sinking of the road.
Massive potholes on the approach to the roundabout - meaning unable to concentrate as trying to avoid around 50 potholes.
The turn offs (Allen road, Hayden avenue, Oxford street) are in terrible shocking disrepair. There are literal 10 metre long cracks across the whole road. Potholes every foot - repaired ones next to unpaired ones the road even looks a complete mess to the eye let alone to drive on.
Finedon is in serious need of resurfacing let alone repairs. This is now getting to the point of causing a risk to people’s lives both drivers and pedestrians. The council has a duty which is. It being adhered to in this area.
When will an inspector come and look at the state of the roads?

Large deep potholes, one near to driveway access., 17th April
Two potholes have been getting bigger and bigger over the past few months and desperately need fixing. They are outside 19 and 17 Hayden Avenue in Finedon. They are causing damage to cars including mine. The drains in the road at the top of 21 & 19 Hayden Avenues driveways are coming loose and will also need fixing. This whole road is covered in large potholes and they get filled in but then reappear awhile later. This whole road needs resurfacing instead of just patching all the time. It would be more cost effective as this road has a lot of traffic as it is used as a shortcut between A6 and Thrapston road!

Road collapsing, 10th April
