Faded junction road markings, 13th May
At the green in Meter Heyford, there are two road junctions by the school. The painted road markings have faded so drivers cant see where the road priorities are and my friend nearly got knocked off his bike by a driver who went straight on overtaking us at the junction when we were about to follow the road round to the right. This is at the junction of Bugbrooke Road and Watery Lane , and also just down the road at the crossroads by the school at Middle street and the green. We sat on the nearby bench and watched many drivers ignore that the road bends round to the right and go straight on without indicating that they were going down towards the village green and shops. Clear road markings and perhaps better signage would help prevent an accident here.

Sign with playground and children walking is facing wrong way, 6th May
Pilgrims Lane has no footpath at the top and a sharp bend to the right. Cars travelling fast have had near misses with children and dog walkers using this regularly. A no footpath warning sign should warn drivers and others of this danger in addition to the sign (which is facing wrong way currently)

The state of the road is awful. Never seen anything like it. The pot hole is very, very deep and huge. It’s completely invisible when the road floods with rain which it does regularly.

Serious & dangerous road surface defect, 16th April
The whole road from the bridge over the grand union down to the junction with Camp Hill road is in an appalling conidition and is effectively no fit for use apart from by large 4x4 vehicles or agricultural / heavy goods vehicles.
There are numerous potholes (most well over 2.5cm in depth)
Serious rutting, subsidence, uneveness and broken/collapsed edges of the road. Loads of grit/gravel and broken tarmac across the road which reduces grip and increases braking distances making it extremely unsafe.
White Lines are also completely faded / worn away and can no longer be seen.
This is.a 1/4 section of raod that needs digging up and resurfacing ASAP.... not 6 months that is unacceptable!!
I am bringing this particular section of road up with Andrea Leadsom and Chris Heaton Harris (MPs) as it has been left for years with no attention!

Severely Damaged Stretch of Road in Need of Urgent Repair, 8th April
The whole section of road between the junction and the canal bridge is totally inadequate for purpose and requires immediate repair. There are numerous potholes, gravel all over the road, cracks, bumps and an even road. It has been in a poor condition for many months now but has finally reached the stage where immediate repair is nessacary. It is unacceptable for a road to be left in this state and damage to personal vehicles is now incredibly likely.
