Broken road, 4th April
Broken road into turning for multiple businesses (EB Designs, Claven Group - NOT same turning as The Swan pub). Has resulted in a dip meaning cars are hitting the curb. Problem has been ongoing for well over a year and is getting worse. Today a colleague popped their tyre going over the entrance. Myself have also had to replace a tyre due to a bulge caused by this.
The kerb is fine, it is the road that is breaking away.

Lime Trees Manor Road Hanging Houghton, 27th March
The lime trees manor Road have not been maintained for years. They are overgrown, lots of dead wood and branches come off onto the roadway which could cause injury to a person or car (these are big branches not small ones). Apparently these have been inspected and there is nothing wrong with them, the residents disagree as we are the ones who are having to clear up the debris on the roads and property. Sooner or later something serious will occur to someone or someone’s property. It is all very well putting TPO on trees but then fail to maintain them. Every year they are left the worst it is getting, the line causes damage to cars, property let alone the branches which fall on the roofs of people property. Someone needs to take responsibility.

Several sections of the footpath from Hanging Houghton village towards the Lamport Swan, 21st February
Along Several stretches along the path the tarmac has broken down leaving ridges which are dangerous as walkers and runners can trip. The hedges have been cut back recently and we have picked up some of the debris, branches and twigs but the path is still not clear. The trees have dropped Beeche masts and these are on the pavement in several places making walking difficult. Thank you.
