Maybe it was referring to the curb stone that has been put back in badly. There are no paint markings around this pot hole

Suspected dumped vehicle, 2nd April
Vehicle has not moved for weeks, none of the neighbours are aware of who owns it and it is blocking the pavement. Im unable to check if its taxed or MOT’d as its an Irish plate. The rear door is ajar and the drivers door looks unlocked. David Wilson homes are about to tarmac the road and will need it removing

There are a number of large potholes in this area and are getting worse. They were marked to be repaired by 20 March and this has not happened, if left there will be serious damage to vehicles, always trying to dodge them when coming out of the village.
