Blocked drains, 28th April
Despite being informed that this issue is being resolved several drains along the southern end of Holcot Lane, NN6 0BE close to it's junction with Overstone Road are yet again blocked and causing flooding to the road. I have called 01604 651074 and reported the problem in the form of a voicemail. There are several issues with this flooding, pedestrians cannot use the footpath without being drenched by passing traffic (which I believe is an offence). Gravel drives are being washed away by passing traffic (especially HGV's). Damage is being caused to perimeter walls at the front of properties by the wash created by passing vehicles.

Deep 80-100mm deep pothole in left hand lane approx 450mm from kerb, a few meters infront on the roundabout junction that serves the turn to holcot lane with overstone road, 26th April
The pothole has been there for at least 6 months and its got deeper and wider - to such an extent it could buckle or fracture a cars alloy wheel or shred a car tyre sidewall - its very bad when your wheel hits it - notwithstanding the road surface ahead of the roundabout it very poor from cars and lorrys breaking ahead of the mini rondabout

Large hole very deep, 23rd April
Large pothole very deep towards middle of the carriageway, hard to avoid when turning left onto the road without crossing to wrong side of the road. This whole stretch of road is worn and needs completely resurfacing as has been patched so many times

5615699 - I refer to your email dated the 8th April 2024 stating that the necessary work to resolve the problem will be carried out by the 11th April. I notice that work was carried out at a drain located further towards Overstone Road but not the drain that's the issue, this drain remains blocked.

Hydrant pothole, 10th April
Can't believe you closed the road to do one hydrant pothole and left this similar hydrant wheelbreaker and other adjacent bvad holes! Also alledgedly you did not organise the traffic for the completed one and HGVs mounted the blue brick kerb and dislodged about 2 metres of it just past the old village turn. No wonder we all critisie the system.

Pothole towards centre plus one more 50 yards back on corner, 30th March
There is a pothole towards the centre of the road not far from the school and one more back on the bend going out out the village towards Moulton in centre of the road around a manhole

Blocked Drain, 29th March
Whilst this particular issue has been reported on numerous previous occasions (outside No 5 Holcot Lane,NN6 0BE) this aspect of the unresolved problem is new. The drain, as reported before is causing excessive water to flood out of the drain and onto the carriage way. As vehicles drive through the water they create a wash, as the wash has been hitting a stone wall which borders with the footpath is has eroded the structure of the wall and stones are becoming dislodged. Eventually the structure of the wall will fail and subsequently collapse. The stones (some of which I have collected) could also cause injury to passing pedestrians and damage to vehicles.

Large Pothole, 28th March
There is a large pothole as indicated on the map. When heavy goods and in some cases light goods vehicles hit the pothole it causes vibrations to the properties in the vicinity it also creates a lot of noise especially at night. These vibrations are without a doubt causing long term damage to the previously mentioned properties. The noise pollution is unacceptable.
