Worn out road markings on junction, 21st April
I have reported this matter several times in the past only to be told that the state of the white lining was being monitored This is an extremely high risk junction and the road markings for the right turn safety box from the Bedford Road into The High Street are now virtually obliterated. This morning I narrowly avoided a head on collision with an oncoming car whose driver had no idea that it was travelling in the the right turn box! These lines must be replaced urgently to avoid possible serious accident

Terrible potholes all down road and surrounding area, 18th April
Really bad pot holes all down salt house road and surrounding roads for over 6 months. Suspected due to the amount of HGV traffic, but makes commuting to the offices located on the brackmills estate dangerous for the health of our cars.

Yet another pot in this stretch of road. I've seen swiss cheese with less holes in than this stretch of road.
37 separate pot hole repairs in 50m of road, surely it would ne easier to replace the whole thing.

Overhanging vegetation causing car parking issues and pedestrians walking in the road., 17th April
On this side of the road, the vegetation is hanging over the road in full swing. This is causing parking issues. On the opposite side of the road closer to the bridge, pedestrians are forced to walk into the road due to vegetation blocking the footpath, this is dangerous for them and the drivers in the narrow driving spaces. This was reported last year and no amendments have been made.

Near to Metal Drainage Works, 10th April
From Northampton to Bedford new pothole just before metal drain in verge pothole deep and jaggered looking dangerous to motorbike & cyclists can not wait until resurfacing works needs investigating : this is a new defect and seems to have been patched previously

Large pothole eastbound Bedford Road, 23rd March
Large pothole just before roundabout eastbound on Bedford Road. This has previously been a problem so a more permanent fix is required.
This road is right in the centre of industrial and business parks and used daily by businesses and HGVs. Could cause serious business disruption if not fixed.
