Trees, 19th April
Tree branches overhanging the footpath on Gowerton Road within the Brackmills Estate. For more than two months, these branches have obstructed the footpath, creating a hazard for pedestrians and cyclists alike.
Attached, please find a photo illustrating the obstruction and a map pinpointing its location within the estate. Given the high volume of daily commuters in the area, I kindly request your attention to address this matter at your earliest convenience.
Please prioritise trimming the overhanging branches to mitigate the risk of accidents.

No Bus Details, 17th April
I don't think i have the right bus stop location and it is not an electronic bus stop sign but didn't see a different option. in Saxon Avenue.Grange Park, the mega bus stops there (but after having missed the bus) and it is a long road with more than one stop, it does not show on/next to the bus stop sign which one it stops at, I got in touch with Mega bus but they said to get in touch with the local Council about this.

The drain cover directly by 53 berry lane is damaged and is rocking back and forth every time a vehicle passes over it, it is disintegrating the tarmac into which the drain is fixed and getting worse and makes a horrible noise and is causing the residents great distress. please may you look into this

Damaged speed bump, 15th April
This speed bump is in a bad state and needs tending to. Drivers of small city cars have to drive over this one slowly, making Chelsea Truck drivers irate and "road ragey". We are slowing down to almost a halt to not damage our cars. I understand speed bumps are for speeding measures but this one is particularly bad. Please fix this asap unless you are happy for me to send you the bill because of a tailgater rear-ending me or damaging my suspensions/tyres/alloys. Thanks.
