Although your officers found no problem, the sign in question is still daubed with red graffiti. You have cleaned one sign on the Wollaston side of the roundabout. The problem in question is the other sign of the Roundabout going towards Olney which is daubed in red paint still saying James Potts in an adulterer on both sides of the sign. Please look again and get rid of the graffiti.

There's no current roadworks taking place but the lights are on and are on the sides of the road. There is clear traffic on both sides, so it has either been moved illegally or have been left on or glitched to turn on.
