Potholes/poor highway along most of Mill Lane, 15th April
I reported the above on reference 5171622 on 3/11/23 and you said that all would be repaired by 25/3/24 and sent me a message to say that an inspector had visited and all had been completed on November 2024? - 7 months away? However on checking tonight I am sorry to say that this is not the case and nothing has been repaired. Hopefully this can be rectified asap and nearer the original March 2024 date promised than the November 2024 one?

Not enough warning to traffic regarding g roadworks, 10th April
There appear to be pothole repairs taking place on roundabout at Wollaston. I have just come back down A509 from Wellingborough and the only warning signs that roadworks are taking place is right next to the temporary traffic lights. The A509 is contains hidden Dips and twists and it is dangerous because traffic has backed right up with no warning to the fast cars coming up behind around the bend. I appreciate that this is probably a days work, but not worth somebody getting injured because proper precautions haven’t been taken. Signs really need to be much further up the road to warn drivers. I have made complaint previously about this very same issue last year. Perhaps worth talking though with the companies you deal with?

Water Lake, 10th April
Water leak outside number 5 on Monks Road and the water is going passed abbey rise. There is a lot of water and it is going down the side of the road. It is very visible water leak. Anglia water has completed tests and have said its not a leak from their pipes. They think a water table has been disturbed along the line.

Culvert under Shepherds Hill blocked, 5th April
This was reported on 17/1/24 under Ref 5457807. A jetting order was raised, but this has not been done, although you stated on 25/3/24 that the work was completed. The ditch continues to overflow across the road. Please jet the culvert to allow the proper flow of water under the road. Thank you.

Flooding when it rains is causing water run off from Hookhams Path/Hinwick Road to block drain in shepherds hill and cretae pothols, 4th April
Fixmystreet report said this was fixed in March 2024 but whatever has been done has not solved the problem. as soon as it tains it floods again with the water running off the hinwick road down into shepherds hill. it didn't do this before the housing development started

Large Tree Stump, 25th March
While we note that the job has been annotated as completed we also note that the stump of the uprooted tree is still in situ. In making the site safe we had expected you to remove it. The stump is now an attractive obstacle for children to climb on on their wary back from school. Should it roll down the bank on top of a child it will cause them serious injury.
