Multiple deep potholes, 25th April

Thu, 25 Apr 2024 17:44:30 +0100
52.48054 -0.725729

The potholes on Gainsborough Road either side of the roundabout with Colyers Avenue are getting worse and cannot wait until June to be fixed. There is often a car parked which means that when travelling towards Greenhill rise there is no option but to go into one of the deep potholes. If you try to avoid it you will be in the ones on the other side of the road. The temporary repair carried out on the exit from the roundabout towards Kingswood School is breaking up rapidly.

Broken kurb slab on public footpath/car park., 25th April

Thu, 25 Apr 2024 13:01:19 +0100
52.477167 -0.7154

There is broken kurb paving on the footpath connected to the car park at the very top of Kenilworth on the left hand side. It's raised, sharp, wobbly and extremely dangerous to both cars and pedestrians. The amount of times its almost popped my tyre or tripped me up when walking past is ridiculous. It needs fixed before you end up with someone tripping over it in the dark and suing you. I don't have a picture at the moment but can get one if really needed. Nearly impossible to see at night time due to the lighting.

Road collapsing above pedestrian tunnel, 24th April

Wed, 24 Apr 2024 18:01:33 +0100
52.471205 -0.724517

The road above the pedestrian tunnel has sunk probably 10cm, creating a divot across both lanes of the carriageway. Don't know if there's some subsidence above the tunnel, but the carriageway has definitely sunk.

This pothole has only had temporary fix., 23rd April

I previously reported this pothole of which I had a reply stating it had been fixed, which clearly you can see from recent photographs it has only been filled in temporarily and this tarmac is also beginning to sag quite significantly, my previous report reference No. 5695285, where as a lesser serious pothole right next to this one has been repaired more permanently.

Nn189ba, 17th April

Wed, 17 Apr 2024 17:57:44 +0100

There is a huge oak tree in my back garden that has rooted under my home and has started to lift the patio. I have tried to maintain it the best I can. It is dangerous for my children as big branches fall and my disabled daughter has had numerous falls because of the roots making the patio unsafe. A tree that size shouldn't be so close to the house. I have no grass because the tree ruins it. I have had the council in the past come and fill a sinkhole that the tree causes near my back door. I have lived here over 10 years and the tree is so hard to maintain. I am a single mother with one disabled child and we can't even enjoy the back garden as the tree sucks up any moisture. I would be ever so grateful if someone can Please assess the situation?

Bags of rubbish lwft, 15th April

Mon, 15 Apr 2024 20:38:47 +0100
52.474486 -0.701907

There are constantly bags of household rubbish being left by the bin just past the park. The bags get ripped open, possibly by animals and there is rubbish all over the grass. Tonight there were eight babies nappies. A couple of weeks ago someone set fire to one of the stronger bags. People are disgusting.
