Blue and Black bins not belonging to Leicester Street being left out at the corner, causing no access to the path leaving people to walk in the road (how long before a child gets run over), disability scooters have to reverse and it's creating fire risk. Also a pest habitat. This has been reported before. Please inform and enforce bin rules thank you. (Including 42A please)

BT works obstruction, 3rd May
BT works on Deeble Road are obstructing our and many other driveways. I can't leave my driveway even by foot let alone car and completely blocking me in. We have had no prior notice of these works and how they were going to impact the residents. Have spoken with BT openreach and they have stated that the council didn't feel there was a need to notify residents. I am now worried that my partner can't return home from work due to the works. There hasn't been a pedestrian pathway provided either due to the pavements being blocked. Been going on for 2 days.

Caravan and car appear to have been abandoned, 2nd May
At the bottom of Reservoir Road Kettering, near Hallwood Road, there has been a caravan that has been parked half on path and road for at least 3 years now and now there is a scruffy car that hasn’t moved for a few months, although it does have tax. It is attracting rubbish to be dumped and a neighbour has had to put a surveillance sign to stop this happening. It is now looking scruffy with weeds growing round the vehicle and is hard to see in the dark as it has a dark green cover. Could these be looked into please?

Craters all over road/roundabout, 1st May
Road here is in an appalling condition. Craters in the road which are unavoidable, regardless of what lane you're in. Generally the road surface is like driving over a cattle grid. This will cause an accident if it's not sorted swiftly

Green and Red light not working, 1st May
On windmill road near piper's hill road there is a set of traffic lights and the lamps are not working. The green light is not working on one side of the road and the other side the red light is not working. They have not been working for over a week.

There is several potholes which have been marked up. I reported this in when we had meeting with highways that this section of road needed to be locked at. Instead of patching these holes up, would it be best to just re-tarmac this section if Road if possible?
