Flooding and smelly dirty water, 15th May
On the footpath between Brackley and Turweston there is substantial flooding which is stopping children walking to and from school on this safe path, leaving them with the only option of crossing the extremely busy dual carriage way above. We thought it was seasonal but as the weather has dried up there appears to be no change and in the heat, the water has started to really smell. I believe there may be a blocked drain somewhere. Please can a team be sent out to clear it. Thank you.

A resident has reported that, the pathway is not clearing from the flood water from Brackley - Turweston it is stagnant and starting to smell, Children use the pathway to walk to school and are having to walk on the road to avoid it.

Cutting of grass/strimming of foot paths, 14th May
Grass cutting a strimming was been done around halse road , swallow close an this area on 14/05/2024...the issue was the grass and strimming's were just been blown the the people doing the cutting onto the roads,( the whole stretch of Halse road was covered by grass and it was been blown onto the road on purpose and not collected) , the amount of grass that was blown onto the road was a lot, 2 main issues I see is
1.why could the grass that was been blown onto the road , be collected /sucked up.
2.Drains were been covered with grass clippings and twigs etc , it seem pointless in cleaning the drains one day , then employing and paying some one to cover them and maybe cause a blockage later on in the year , with possibility of flooding due to drains been blocked with grass and twigs

Sunken Drain Cover causing maddening noise, 11th May
Every single car that drives over this drain cover makes a gun shot type noise. We are trying to relax in our garden and it just drives us mad. We have not been able to make phonecalls when working from home as its making this noise about 70 times an hour in peak times. Please please can this be sorted out ASAP. Been like it for 3 + months

Deep pothole at T Junction Tancred Road and High Street, 10th May
A number of potholes have been recently filled in here but there was left a small area which has now itself turned into a very deep pothole which vehicles and motorcycles have to veer to miss when pulling out from Tancred Road. Needs completing quickly. Why oh why wasn't the whole run 'repaired' when individual potholes were recently completed - common sense please!!
