This tree has been encroaching onto the properties along Vernon Road. We have asked the school to cut it back as we are unable due to the size of the branches. The branches in question are over 30cm thick and there is no way for us to cut these without effecting the tree. It is over 2m tall, and blocks the gardens. We all have to deal with lots of fallen leaves which are effecting the gutters, it makes the paths slippy in the autumn, and it is also meaning we cannot enjoy our gardens.

Broken lamp post - dangerous “stump” remaining, 10th May
There is a street lamp outside bury mount opposite 23 Moat Lane that has been badly damaged where the majority has been removed. However the “stump” of the post remains in the ground. This is dangerous for pedestrians so a cone has been used to cover what remains. This has been like this for over 2 years. Please can the remaining section of the street lamp be removed.

Sign Damaged, 9th May
A gentleman call to say one of his vans clipped the Towcester Town Centre sign that's located just outside the Willen Hospice Charity shop. The sign is hanging down towards the bus stop now.

Faded road markings, 8th May
Cars coming from clare Crescent unto kipling drive not stopping as the junction marking have worn away. I live at the beginning of clare Crescent but my garage and drive are on kipling drive. I have right of way down kipling drive but i have had several near misses of vehicles coming down clare Crescent and not stopping at the junction as they don't see the road markings

There are a number of potholes on the roundabout as you turn to the right passing the exit onto Brackley road. They cause juddering and could very well unsettle a motor cycle if they are hit.
