Island Bollard Lights, 27th April
The recently built central island on the A5 at the Heathencote turn has 2 bollards that look like they should light up but aren’t working. It’s quite dark there and the island is difficult to see without them being lit, particularly as the road layout has recently changed there. Could someone pop by and check the fuse, or maybe stick another 50p in the electricity meter please.

This public footpath has been re routed, moved by the owner of the land to encroach on Holcote Meadows owned by Showsley Farm and he has fenced off without permission the agreed public pathway. He has moved it on to private land, redirecting it. This has been done without landowners or highways permission. The person is John Preece who has moved this.

Despite raising this issue on a number of previous occasions there are still a number of Street Lights at this location on the A5 (Watling Street) near to the Towcester / Tove Roundabout opposite the Plantation Garden Centre which are not working.
