Potholes in previous repairs on Burcote Rd, 15th April
I am requesting again that these holes are repaired. There is a sharp ridge where the repairs have broken down from constantly being hit by HGV's and buses. The old repair spans the width of the road but is particularly bad at the centre. The potholes are situated in Burcote Rd, adjacent and fronting properties 6 and 7 Sheppards Crescent and at the rear of properties 7 and 9 Plessey close. I have photos but unable to upload as it isn't working for some reason!

Ref no 25567343, 15th April
Following your referral to Anglian Water of this complaint I can confirm that they turned up on Friday 12th April. However, Anglian Water confirmed that this is not their problem as there are no pipes in the area and the excess water is due to heavy rain showers. The problem is that the tarmac on the footpaths is so damaged by the constant flow of water, that pools of water have formed and they never dry out. Can you help with this?

Lateral potholes, 8th April
Thank you for making a start on the lateral potholes in Buckingham Way: your team filled the deepest towards the junction with Springfields.
May I request you look again, please, at the section from Sandyhome to Kipling, because the car parking along this section pushes us cyclists out into the lateral potholes (and cars coming round the blind bend from Keats onwards are an extra hazard). I know you have a 50mm threshold: what I do not know is whether you have a bike safety threshold too? Lateral potholes can be very hazardous (did you look up what the Coroner said after cyclist Harry Colledge's death last year, I wonder?) ... thank you anyway for getting some of them filled in last week?????????.

Continuous stream of water on footpath, 8th April
For months, the area behind Sandringham Close on Footpath towards Holly Hill has been very wet with slight stream of water emanating from the former playarea. Ourselves and neighbours have problems with very wet gardens (pure mud) and even rotting fences. Even more importantly, whenever there was frosty nights. the area became an icerink.
