Overgrown tree outside 29 Griffith Street the tree is growing near the house it is hitting the windows when the wind blows and some of the branches are touching the house and the roots of the tree are making an impact on the wall outside the house. The wall is cracked due to the tree roots.

Footpath completely crumbling, 14th May
In light of relevant legislation (Haley V London electricity board) it was proven that reasonable steps to make an area safe must be followed. In this case a blind person would fall into a brook.
The signage and bollards aren’t sufficient as been thrown in the water.
The path is crumbling away and needs repairing this is the greenway cycle route owned by and maintained by North Northamptonshire Council.

Speeding down road, 10th May
Purvis Road has a huge footfall for schools and other pedestrians. It’s a route that a few classes take to go to Splash for their swimming lessons. People speed up and down this road. It has poor visibility due to the cars parked on the road so if a child were to step out it could be fatal. I’ve witnessed cars damaging the parked cars due to speeding. My own car has been hit 4 times and my next door neighbours many more times
