Last year we had a new fence put up at the back of our garden. On the back of our fence there is overgrown bushes with nettles, thorns and ivy. As it’s overgrown it is now starting to climb my fence and come through to my side of the garden it is too thick for me to access it from the other side so I’m requesting that you could cut it back. My previous fence was covered in ivy and I do not wish for this fence to be the same

There are weeds growing all around the bus stop! The area is an eyesore and NCC have yet to do anything about the state of the area. If this is not resolved I shall be contacting my MP and making a formal complaint against NCC.

I reported a previous fly tip ref 5877744 on 20/4. The majority of this is still there and it appears that a mattress and possibly a bed base have been added. It is the first leftvup Milburn Road just after the Elephant.

Flytipping all along back lane of king George’s road, 14th May
Over the last week various items of furniture seemed to have been dumped outside peoples houses in back lane of king George’s road ie Bed frames White cube storage etc Other items all way up back lane can this be addressed please looks a complete mess Thanks Also there’s some bad offensive graffiti painted on a garaged door opposite Chinese takeaway this has been there for a few months now it’s terrible Thanks

The 2 pelican crossing in this area are visual only for crossing, 13th May
The crossing signals need to be changed so you can hear them , they are currently only visual ( Green man etc ) people are waiting to hear a signal by which time the signal lights have changed for cars to move . Both crossings - Woodhorn Road and the road to the bus station

Hole & uneven service created by a burnt out car, 13th May
Burnt out car removed last week . Street clean today to remove remaining debris and glass .
Hole - trip hazard on footpath and uneven surface both on path & road .
A discarded caution cone from the estate beside Lyndhurst Road was placed over the hole to prevent any injury !

A Abandoned Vehicle problem has been found, 13th May
Abandoned Suzuki Jeep SK52 TLJ was reported on FMS 5694025. Second customer now reporting this along with 3 other vehicles which are parked on council land ie the parking area at the end of Matfen Terrace. Vehicles have been there for months and have not moved - Suzuki is in bits. In addition to the Jeep there is a Talbot Motorhome H607 VCP, a Ford Transit (possibly minibus) YK07 YOA and another car - details unknown. Customer is worried that they may be targetted by arsonists
