Vehicle debris/parts still litter verges after flooding, 29th April
There is still a scattering of broken vehicle parts along the verges and hedges either side of the recently flooded dip. This includes vehicle underbody shields and mudguards and reg plates etc. which the vehicle owners haven't collected and cleared up.
All the vehicle parts and debris are making the road look unsightly.
Could really do with the road-sweeper along as well the brush up all of the sediment.

The old haul road as part of the opencast regeneration plan, was detailed to be made into a bridleway. Plans have been halted due to company removing surface covering going into administration. Hence the "farmer" has fenced across the line of bridleway and gates have also been padlocked. We would like to know if / when the bridleway or right to ride along the route will be instated.
