Road Surface Breaking Up, 16th March
The road surface on this ‘blind’ corner has been breaking up for some time now and due to heavy vehicle use (logging trucks and aggregate wagons in particular) it has now become a serious hazard. To avoid driving over the breaking surface you need to drive in the middle/right hand side of the road which is extremely dangerous as you are unable to see any oncoming vehicles.

There are 3 large potholes. 1 at the location marked. One 100m west towards the farm and a 3rd immediately over the cattlegrid. Its a narrow single track road so cars have to leave the road to miss them. At the location marked, the hole has been there since at least November. The other 2 since december The road outside the farm is in a very bad state of repair due to tractor damage and needs repair
