Large pothole on road after Knowesgate junction going to West Woodburn and a series of pot holes on the same road leading to Raymill bridgeroa, 15th April
The potholes towards the bridge have been there for five months, traffic is travelling on the wrong side of the road into on coming traffic.

Blocked drain at side of road, 11th April
This is just one of a number of drains along the whole of this road from Knowesgate to Holly Burn. Most are blocked are almost blocked with silt, gravel and mud from the roads causing road flooding whenever it rains, but particularly during heavy rainfall. Please arrange to have these cleared asap.

Road surface is starting to break up across a number of areas on this stretch of road, 11th April
Recently appeared after heavy rain and constant heavy vehicle (logging trucks and aggregate trucks) using this road - at speed! In addition drains around this area are blocked with silt and gravel so road floods regularly.

Accumulation of waste in disused area, 18th March
Waste is building up around the back of the Knowesgate Hotel which has recently been part of a police investigation. The parish council are unclear who owns the hotel and surrounding land, but it's attracting waste to be dumped and rats have been seen at the site. There is a glass recycling bin at the site, but people don't feel safe using it

Road Surface Breaking Up, 16th March
The road surface on this ‘blind’ corner has been breaking up for some time now and due to heavy vehicle use (logging trucks and aggregate wagons in particular) it has now become a serious hazard. To avoid driving over the breaking surface you need to drive in the middle/right hand side of the road which is extremely dangerous as you are unable to see any oncoming vehicles.

The corner of the road has been worn away by large wagons on the road cutting the corner the drain is blocked and causing flooding. Vehicles cutting corners aswell as the large number of pot holes on the road are causing uses to drive on the verge causing mud on the road

The Grid is full of weeds and floods when it rains the livestock are walking across due to the weeds/grass growing in the grid. Has been like this since start of winter.

14 inch pothole. 6 inches deep, 4th February
There are 3 large potholes. 1 at the location marked. One 100m west towards the farm and a 3rd immediately over the cattlegrid. Its a narrow single track road so cars have to leave the road to miss them. At the location marked, the hole has been there since at least November. The other 2 since december The road outside the farm is in a very bad state of repair due to tractor damage and needs repair

Bus stop sign irrecognizable, post rusted through, no litter bin, so lots of litter in this parking area which doubles up as abus stop. Disgraceful.

There are 2 pipes under the road. One is blocked which results in lots of water coming over to top and flooding the road. Many people walk down the lane, some with dogs. It has been flooding for years whenever there is a lot of rain., 5th December
