The Grass verge from Carrick Gardens to Kilmory Road is used by around 20 dog owners twice a day and 300 times a year as a dogs toilet. These owners do not pick up. In many cases they encourage their dogs to urinate on the gardens as they pass. This area is used by children who come to see the horses in the field here. Some offenders visit at twilight to dusk but it can go on til 10pm. Many visit from 12noon - 2pm. It begins at 7am. I have many photos (ongoing)
