Car left in disabled parking bay for over a week now but the person is not disabled and has no blue badge, 22nd March
The car is always parking in the disabled bay ever since the young girl owner moved back in with her parents. She is not disabled and has no blue badge! She has parked there purposely so that the disabled person who was parking there, now cannot! She has had her car parked there for the past week without moving it at all and not even going to her car for any reason. It is disgraceful behaviour as her parents have a drive that she could park on too. She is causing unnecessary stress to the poor person who can't use this space, who does have a blue badge and needs to use it!

Countryside being turned into scrap vehicles, building waste, plastic bags, disused old caravans, horse boxes, in full view of lovely cycle path route 75, adjacent to 2 private residences, sepa say they are unable to help! situation mess increasing daily!, 9th December
This situation has gone on for past 5 years and no one in authority seems to be interested - that includes councillors, MSP, SEPA, North Lanark Council. We are three elderly residents living in 2 properties here and we are inundated with vehicles incessantly back and forth in what seems to be a scrap vehicles yard operating here in the countryside. The area is fast becoming an unsightly blot on what was an attractive landscape.

Drain cover has broken and fallen in on itself leaving a deep hole in the path, 2nd December
This broken drain has been broke for several months now. Recently the broken cover has fallen in on itself so just a hole remains. It is not seen in the dark and several local children have had falls due to this.
