This car parked on a give way spot and obstructing my view to drive across as I could not see on coming traffic

Traffic light timings incorrect, 13th June
Vehicles travelling down Low Patrick St from Duke st, intending to turn right towards Larkhall stop in the filter lane to the right. When the lights change to green, they move forward into the middle of the junction to wait for a gap OR for the green filter arrow to come on. HOWEVER the filter light does not always illuminate and on these occasions the traffic travelling up Blackswell Lane have a continuous green arrow towards Larkhall, therefore if the cars in the middle of the junction move off they could collide with the vehicle coming from Blackswell Lane towards Larkhall, if they stay in the middle of the junction they block vehicles coming from Larkhall. There should either ALWAYS be a green filter arrow (at least for a few seconds) or the traffic from Blackswell Lane (towards Larkhall) should have a red light for 10 seconds to allow junction to clear.

This has been like this for a couple of years but it can only get worse during the winter.

Items dumped in waste ground beside communal bins, 20th December
Items have been dumped in waste ground behind Downie St, Low Waters Rd and School Street. Access is via a gap between houses in Downie Street and that is where bin collection trucks enter and exit. Some items have been there for some time now including carpeting, Blinds and two long foam items covered in PVC (maybe padding from a suite or around a bed?). Two days ago, someone added an abandoned supermarket trolley to the pile. These are all at the tp end of the site beside the communal bins but clearly the bin collectors are not lifting them so something else needs doing. They are unsightly, untidy and definitely making the area look bad.

Pedestrian foot way blocked by parked cars, 22nd September
The junction of Ambleside rise and Keswick drive are continually blocked by cars and residents work vans parked fully on pavements or to the degree that you still have to walk on the road with prams, and driving out at this junction is also becoming a hazard as you have to blindly drive into oncoming traffic.

Grass not being cut in public park, 5th July
The public park area is not being maintained. The grass is almost waist length on one side of the public footpath. The area is unuseable as a public space.

Street light at locus has plastic cover missing. This is lying on the wall adjacent to the light and has been for a number of weeks.

Uneven Road surface, 23rd February
Damaged and uneven road surface situated at 12 Kemp Street is continuing to cause vibration to the building which is causing cracks to the exterior of the building when heavy vehicles pass by.

Pot Hole, 4th February
There is a PotHole approximately 18 inches long by 12inches wide by 6inches deep on the public highway at the access to 4, Braeside Gardens driveway. This pothole was reported to the Council 12 months ago and still nothing has been done about it. Can someone come out and rectify the problem as it has got to the point where damage to cars is going to occur, if this happens it will cost the council more than just a bit of time and tarmac

Mud on cycle path, 22nd January
There is a lot of mud on the cycle path from the marked point through to Motherwell Bridge. There is also a tree across the path

Pothole at side of road, Laburnum lea, Hamilton, 18th November
There is a large pothole at the side of the road at the top of the two driveways outside numbers 23 & 25 Laburnum Lea, it has been getting bigger for months/year and this is made worse but the council road sweeper removing material & breaking up the tar surface making the hole larger.

Gas cover, 26th July
There is a gas cover loose on my road and every time a car goes over it it makes some noise and because its a main road i live on its constent witch is making getting a sleep near impossible
