Yellow ZigZag, 20th December
As seen in the pictures, drivers are setting down passengers/parking on the yellow ZigZag keep clear markings, I've also seen them stop on the white ZigZag lines for the pedestrian crossing. The school has issued reminders about not doing this however it continues (even following said reminder the day before). Can we have some enforcement around our schools to keep the kids safe??
Highway Code Rule 238
You MUST NOT wait or park on yellow lines during the times of operation shown on nearby time plates (or zone entry signs if in a Controlled Parking Zone) – see ‘Traffic signs’ and ‘Road markings’. Double yellow lines indicate a prohibition of waiting at any time even if there are no upright signs. You MUST NOT wait or park, or stop to set down and pick up passengers, on school entrance markings (see ‘Road markings’) when upright signs indicate a prohibition of stopping.

Public footpath multiple large cracks and exposed trunking, 23rd October
Good evening The public footpath which runs just up from my front gate to the top of the path is breaking up in multiple places, and its also has exposed trunking coming up from underground next to the tree. I believe this is being caused by tree roots, and also the ground seems to have sunk around the tree which has lead the tree to Tip to one side. Over the last week this has got pretty bad and is a potential trip hazard . My address is Thomas Welsh, 6 Coursington Gardens Motherwell ML1 1LT
