Blocked storm pipe, 9th October
As pepr report 5057771 the water is still comoing up out of the ground. After rain it gets significantly worse coming up from the inspection cover in the road. Anglian Water have just tested the water and confirmed that it is NOT mains water. Another villager told me it started the day after the drains were 'cleaned' implying that material may have been flushed down the pipe causing a blockage. The last time the leak occured at this point the blockage was approx a few meters down from the manhole cover. Refer to report 2168784 as this was the same problem before
