Multiple potholes in the tyrelines, 3rd May
Multiple potholes of various sizes along the northbound carriageway of the A5 from the Abbey Hill roundabout to the Stony Stratford roundabout. Many are in the line of the tyres when driving and are either unavoidable or causing people to swerve round them. Needs urgent attention. My car went bang when I went over one the other day (couldn't avoid it). Please urgently fix.

Poor road condition - ridges/potholes/failing surface., 3rd May
The stretch of the A5 from the Stony roundabout past Wolverton is in terrible condition. Numerous massive ridges across the roads by the bridges that are wrecking suspensions of cars, multiple potholes and areas that need resurfacing. Please attend to this, particularly the ridges that run across the entire carriageway, caused by bridge movement. They are getting worse every day. Unavoidable on the southbound carriageway.

Pothole right in the middle of the road., 3rd May
Pothole right on the centreline of the road, and largely unavoidable. Needs urgent repair. Car went bang when I went over it the other day (couldn't avoid because of oncoming vehicle). Please repair.

This road is often single-track because of parked cars. No way to avoid the multiple potholes along the side of the road nearest the pavement. Needs urgent attention please, as it has damaged my car. Not happy.

Pot hole the width of the road, 27th April
This is the only road into Cosgrove Caravan Park therefore is substantial to a heavy traffic flow, the pot holes which are present are getting bigger and deeper by the day, they have been there for 1.5 years plus and are now getting serious. One stretches a road width and drops down 6 inches

Out of date bus timetables, 25th April
The three bus stops on Stratford Road, Cosgrove display out of date bus timetables. With no bus service on the route, please arrange for the timetables to be removed and a notice displayed informing that there is no bus service. Visitors to Cosgrove are unaware and I've had to explain when meeting people waiting at a bus stop.

Encroachment of footways at cross roads., 21st April
Minimal work done a few weeks ago. The footways need edging back to remove grass encroachment and to reveal full width. Central crossing point to school and play area. No works are ever undertaken here.

Illegally blocking pathway, 21st April

Overflowing bins Glyn square Wolverton, 20th April
Overflowing bins outside Morley’s takeaway and Farmfoods shop at Glyn square. Asda the far side keep the area outside clean and regularly empty the bin outside their entrance.

Rusty and noisy street sign, 19th April
I have reported this sign before - over a year ago. It is now more rusty and children who pick at it are in danger of cutting their hands.
It is looser than it was and very noisy in the wind. It has been very windy lately. The noise often wakes me during the night.
