Flooding from road/pavement towards my property, 24th July
Dear Sir/Madam, I want to report an issue with the pavement outside my house in Astley Green. There is flooding that continuously appears after rain which comes from a faulty pavement gutter. The excess water flows from this and flows down my driveway and towards my house which is compounding flooding issues. Please can this be fixed? I look forward to hearing from you soon.

Parking on kerb, 5th October
These vehicles are parked on the whole of the street like this all day and night I have only managed to get these vehicles at present . They are causing problems for pedestrians who have to walk in the road.It gets very busy with having two primary schools on the street . Their have been a few near misses due to the people who don’t care we’re they park .

Multiple large pot holes along the length of the street, 4th May
4 years and getting progressively worse with use. Large council rubbish collection vehicles seriously add to the problem.

Fly tipping / burst water pipe, 25th March
Fly tipping on Mort Lane Tyldesley just before the bridge travelling down mort lane from sale lane in the right hand lay by. Also must be burst pipe of some sort lamp post number 15 just pass grid on pavement water is coming out all the time and running down the lane . I take my dog for a walk down the lane.

Damaged Manhole making loud noise, 8th August
The cover of the manhole between number 235 and 237 Chaddock Lane is either damaged or displaced making a loud noise when vehicles drive through, especially at night.

Vandalism, 25th June
New lamps insalled ,soon as i saw them ,,just knew what was going to happen and 2 wks later 50% smashed .might aswell change for normal street light now and show common sense . vandals will keep on smashing nice lamps . use somewhere else where public appreciate them . but public walking down dark lane need lighting. Sorry to be bearer of bad news.

Abandoned Car?, 6th January
This vehicle I do not recognise has been parked almost opposite to my drive for approx 2.5 weeks and now has a flat tyre. I have seen nobody approach the car in the two weeks over Christmas and it has not moved and I therefore am assuming it has been abandoned.

Uneven road surface in back street, 15th December
Uneven road surface,back of tyldesley road, opposite Chester street, near cut through to Chanters Estate tarmac breaking up over cobbles makes it very slippy in winter, plus rain is flowing away from drain due to surface being uneven so then flooding some back gardens, we have general public using this back street as a cut through and council do maintaince of grass area and hedges ,this has gradually been getting worse over the last 4 years my worry is that someone is either going to trip or slip on this uneven surface

Cars parked on footpath, 9th October
Cars always parked on footpath Not allowing children.mums with prams buggies or mobility scooters to get to the park forceing them to use the road not the footpath. Even the homeowners can't gain proper access to their own homes It's a very busy street with cars so something needs to be done

Mice in home, 4th July
Mice are a huge health problem for me and my family I have a 3 month old baby in the house and3, times she has caught a sticky eye and when I moved in after a few weeks I heard mice in attack but as I haven't experienced mice in home before I didn't know what the noises were I thought it was pipes or birds then I noticed droppings and bought traps and poison but still signs of mice
