Camera flashing incorrectly, 9th February
National speed limit sign is on the bridge where the speed camera is. Rest of the motorway at 60mph. Camera appears to be flashing people going through above 60mph.

There are multiple pot holes on Charles Street and are only getting worse.. I have popped a tyre today goin over one.. I will be sending a bill to the council if nothing is done.. its gettin ridiculous

Exit slip road, Junction 16 of the M60., 9th January
None of the lights work on the exit slip road of Junction 16 of the M60. These haven't worked for at least 2 years. Some road works were undertaken around this time and I think the lights were switched off as part of this work and never reconnected.

Blocked culvert leading to flood and path errosion, 29th December
The culvert under the bridge is blocked. You can see how much water has backed up behind it, it's then found a way around whereby it has flooded the land next to it and then began flowing over the path further down. This is eroding the path, and has already led to a significant area of land next to the path to be washed away.

Bridge stability, 7th September
Walked across footpath overbridge as two runners and a cyclist went past. The bridge began swaying by what felt like a foot each way. Is this much movement normal? Very unnerving sensation. Does stability need checking?

The access control barriers on the foot/cycle bridge have been vandalised, 18th May
The steel access control barriers have been attacked, probably by off-road motorcyclists, leaving sharp metal edges.

Dead deer half in shrubs and half on hardshoulder, 10th May
There appears to be a large dead deer lay half on the hard shoulder and half in the shrubs, it is very obvious to see when driving passed at slow speeds as I was this morning. It is actually on the M60 but where the M61 slip road lane starts, so the white lines change but it’s still officially the M60.

The litter on the approach and exit roads is disgusting. I do litter picking for Salford Council but am not allowed on these slip roads. There are also redundant sign frames, cones and sand bags, 20th February

Speed Camera Flashing Erratically, 25th January
Travelling through this area around 11:26am 25/01/23, 50mph speed limit displayed on gantry. Noticed that camera triggered with a few cars immediately in front of me travelling around 50mph, slowed again and passed through at 45mph and camera still triggered. Weather awful at the time and this camera is going to cause more accidents than avoid them unless you get this repaired, looking at the past history it's happened before and it's still doing the same thing now??

Speed Camera near M61 Exit Flashing, 22nd January
The speed camera near the M61 exit Anti clockwise flashed me on saturday morning at 3am. I was doing just under 70mph and there was no speed limit on the gantry or the one before it. Can this be investigated please?

Large amount of sly-tipping/litter next to slip road J16, 17th January
Very large number of cans and associated rubbish have been "dumped" on the M60 exit slip road - opposite the Robin Hood pub. There are dozens of cans and other rubbish very close to the road. I cannot tell if they have been dumped or if this is just an accumulation. I think the large volume of detritus could pose a risk to cars if they fall onto the road. It is unsafe for the litter to be cleared away without traffic management being in place. Please let me know if you require any further information or photographs.
