The amount of pot holes on the motorway is ridiculous, they’ve been there for a few months. unaware if anyone else has reported but it needs sorting with the speed and people changing lanes.

Diseased tree at rear of house, 25th March
At the rear of 14 elm road there’s a diseased tree that would be at risk of collapse in a strong wind. It’s on the school property of Mytham School but would likely damage property on elm road if they collapse. They need checking and better managing before any damage is made.

Road surface deteriorated, 25th March

Large pothole causing damage to my car, 14th March
Driving down A666 Hit a large pothole caused my tyre to blow damage to low bumper. Had to pull over limped to an emergency layby. Needed recovery and new tyre. Could not get a photo on a busy duel carriage. This needs fixing before worse happens.

Tarmac missing around manhole cover, 4th March
Tarmac has been degrading around the manhole cover for months. Manhole cover moves and rattles loudly when vehicles go over it. Also a danger to cyclists as the hole is deep to the level of the surrounding and supporting metal.
