Walkway between Carina drive and Hockliffe rd, 15th May
The tree branches from the tree on the walkway are now over my property. Falling leaves keeps blocking my drain pipes and small branches keep falling into my garden. I have a young child and conservatory and fear that severe weather could cause branches to fall onto my conservatory and cause harm to my Family. Please can the branches be trimmed that are over my property.

Mini Roundabout at Junction of Wing Road and Bunkers Lane, 14th May
The heavy traffic and heavy lorries on this busy road junction have worn away the road surface around the drain covers. At a mini roundabout this is very distracting for drivers increasing the risk of collision.
Note that the flag for the the pothole entitled Junction of Bunkers lane and Orchard Lane is incorrectly sited here on the map.

2 Potholes at junction of Wyngates and Cedars way, 14th May
Potholes at exact point Wyngates meets Cedars Way. Holles are quite deep and daunting when turning right into Wyngates. Lots of school children from the nearby school cross Wyngates at this excact point without paying attention and there's a definite risk that the distraction caused by the potholes will distract drivers.with potentially fatal consequence.

Mid-Road, junction of Cedars Way and Cedars Way slip Rd, 14th May
An old friend, this pot hole reappears every year and is quite deep. Recently filled, it will soon need to be addressed again given the volume of school traffic and school coaches/ buses that have to break at this very spot. Given the amount of work you have to address the potholes nearby you'd be silly not to address this too or it'll be back before the summer holidays.

End of Rock Lane turning circle, 14th May
The large depression holds water after rain which remains there until it evaporates in the sunshine. It has been present for many years and each winter the water freezes and causes cars to slip when turning. There is no drain at this point in the road. The only drain is at a higher point at the other side of the turning circle. I have been pressing the CBC to fix the problem for a long time and no action is taken to rectify the problem.

Green space next to 31 Pegasus Road in front of Hercules Close bungalows.LU73NJ., 14th May
The two large trees growing here appear to receive no maintenance whatsoever. They have grown much too large for the position they are in.They also appear to be either in distress or dying as they come into leaf later every year with much less foliage.Branches are overhanging the footpath, private gardens and also encroaching on the street light.Every autumn I have to collect up the fallen leaves from my property, which I have previously been able to distribute amongst other residents green recycling bins.I shall not be able to do this again this year as none of my neighbours are paying to have their garden waste collected.Other trees in this area have been regularly trimmed or felled despite being much smaller than these and further from private residences.

30 Clarence Road, 14th May
The tree on the grassland is killing part of my hedge as the tree is taking all of the water and causing part of my hedge to die off. Please could someone come and have a look at this situation as it is not just a case of overhanging branches which by the way is it possible to share the costs of hiring a tree surgeon as it is not my tree. The tree is doing damage to my head and also is dangerous in the Winter months as it covers the path and makes it very slippy and dangerous

Cotefield Drive, 13th May
Pavements are in disrepair in most of Cotefield Drive. It is dangerous as there are some deep ruts and the grit makes those areas unstable and could lead to trips and slips. Patching is not adequate, the whole length needs redoing.

Both pavements along Rosebery Avenue., 13th May
The condition of the pavements along Rosebery Avenue is deeply concerning. With numerous young children walking, biking, or riding scooters, as well as elderly residents who may struggle with balance, the deteriorating state of the pavements poses a significant risk. I've taken 40 photos documenting the issue on both sides of the pavement. It's truly disheartening that action hasn't been taken sooner, especially considering my 12 years of firsthand experience living in this area and witnessing the neglect of pavement maintenance. Urgent attention to this matter is crucial to prevent potential serious injuries. Your prompt consideration in addressing this issue is greatly appreciated. Thank you.
