The whole road is in a state of disrepair and needs resurfing properly. we pay our council tax and needs doing properly and it will last longer instead of patching up which comes up after 8 weeks

SIGN NEEDED Dangerous lack of lane clarity and road markings, 15th May
This Sainsbury's roundabout is a hotspot for near misses. Every other time I drive around here I am cut off and forced to brake and use the horn to avoid a collision and in this instance, it is not the fault of the drivers, but the very road itself - the lack of signage and road markings.
Upon entering there are NO clear signs indicating which lane to be in except for very faded arrows which provide no insight whatsoever.
To rectify this issue and to make it safer for all, there should be a large GET IN LANE sign on approach with a diagram of what lanes go where. As well as a repaint of the on-road arrows and the lane boundaries to make it easy for drivers to follow their lane.
I hope by providing this report some action will finally take place as this has been an issue for years now and even though surfacing works were carried out nearby, nothing was done to rectify this ongoing issue.
As road users, we shouldn't be having to guess what lane to be in - it should be clearly marked.

Bigthan Road junction, 15th May
One way Road with markings at the wrong end of the road. Cars entering illegally in the wrong direction due to no road signs. Parking the wrong direction, causing cars coming in the right direction to reverse and causing congestion. Repeat offenders driving very fast in the wrong direction. People crossing the street looking in the correct direction almost being run down! This is my 5th complaint. Does an accident have to occur before this is fixed?

Outside no.21: The wearing course of the footway has deteriorated and broken away as shown in the first 2 photos. It is now stoney and not level & poses a trip hazard. On the corner at the side of no.21 on the same section in photo 3, the footway wearing course has broken away and now has the BT Openreach trench proud of the footway which is also a trip hazard. This has been like this for 2 yrs now.

Rectangular piece of tarmac missing on traffic light control loop on road surface. Loop wires are becoming exposed which will probably become damaged so that control of the lights will probably cease. It is basically a hole which will get worse. It has been like this for a few weeks.

Raised and moving pavement slab on step between west hill and end of derwent drive, 8th May
6th step down, the middle paving slab is raised on the front left hand corner by approx 4cm and moves when stepped in. Paving slab to left of this in picture is also raised by approx 3cm. Could be a trip hazard if heading up the stairs.
