Fly tipping from the HMO on corner of Chase Street/Baker Street, 9th May
Same problem reported last week and happens every single week, the residents dump their house rubbish by the box and it gets ripped and we have food and household waste spread across the footpath. Rats have been seen in area. This has been going on for well over a year and no one deals with the offenders. The councils response was to remove the bin they used to dump it by, but that's made things worse.

Cars Parked on Pavement, 8th May
13 Seymour Road are using what was their front garden to park three cars. Consequently they all stick out onto the pavement, restricting access to disabled people or people pushing buggies/trollies etc. There is no dropped kerb, so the cars must be being illegally driven over the pavement, causing potential damage to the pathway.

Slum Conditions in Park Street, 8th May
Abandoned fridge and chair left on pathway outside terraced houses. Bins strewn all of over the pathway. Contamination of bins with anything being put in any bin. Bins often overflowing. All regularly happening between 204 and 210 Park Street. Houses further up only slightly better. Action needs to be taken against the tenants and/or landlords

Traffic lights onto London Road from Cutenhoe/Stockwood sequencing delay, 7th May
Traffic lights onto London Road from Cutenhoe/Stockwood seem to have a longer than usual sequencing delay. I am often sat at the top of Cutenhoe Road at these lights for 3+ minutes waiting for them to change even when there is barely any traffic using London Road. There used to be a sensor driven right filter at peak times when travelling down London Road and turning onto Cutenhoe which never seems to be in use anymore either.
