Not engine idling but illegal parking 24/7 yet the council is not doing anything and we can't even report it anymore !? bt openreach and others using Craig's court as private carpark - why is this tolerated for so long ? pollution / loss of revenue / safety concerns - does anything bother the council at all ? can the residents park here as well then ? can we have parking space sized garden !? no - it seems the council has nothing to offer to the residents instead of waste crowds of drunks and illegal parking 24/7 - is the intention for everyone to move away ???

Hire bicycles completely blocking the pavement forcing pedestrians onto a busy road, 8th May
Many hire bicycles mostly from Lime and some from Forest are completely blocking the pavement on the corner of St James's Street and Cleveland Row. Pedestrians are forced to walk on the road to get around the bicycles.

Outside the Cloisters, Gordon Square, 8th May
Hi, this is linked to my previous report 5437988. It looks like nothing ended in April and the company Conway use this area like storage and leaves their equipment here in front of our building. Every morning before 8am, they come with their vehicle to collect their stuff and make noise so I wake up. Council and the company should have considered there are people who live at Cloisters. What is the rationale behind so our area is used for this despite there is no work to be done in front of our building?
