This "virtual bay" has a capacity of eight bikes. The number of bikes regularly parked on the pavement exceeds 20. As part of the pavement is cordoned off, pedestrians are forced to walk in single file. This is a very busy area. In my view, the virtual bay should be suspended until the relevant building works are finished.

Paving outside 55 Hatton Garden, 16th May
I manage the basement flat at 55 Hatton Garden, the bathroom of this flat is directly under the pavement. Due to the paving being wobbly and unsecure a significant amount of water ingress and dampness is being caused. Please can you make sure the paving is refitted and is water tight. We have photo evidence of the damage caused if needed.
