Signs need to be put up encouraging dog owners to clean up after their dogs . The signs need to be put up in Ashmore Road,Bravington Road, Croxley Road, Denholm Road, Fernhead Road, Fordingley Road,Portnal Road , Shirland Road,and Saltram Crescent. Fernhead and Shirland Road,seem to be the roads which seem to be heavily littered with dog fouling. Especially the end of Fernhead Road in the direction of the Maida Hill Market. Harrow road bus shelter north of cemetry, 16th May
Appaently newly laid pavement by the bustop on the harrow road opposite the cemetery gates unstable and rocking not fit for purpose i stepped on it yesterday it rocked forwrd trapping the heel of my show, this somersaulted me forward with the momemtum of walking. my shoe flew off and i feel forward head first falling on the floor twisting and snapping my foot. independent persons at the bus stop came forward to pick me up but i was unable to stand, my foot swelling and giving immense pain. injury . a&e on xray found bones broken and ligaments damaged in left foot. prescribed air boot and crutches but i am still unable to stand, walk without considerable pain. i have a video taken by a passer by of the condition of the deficient paving.

Car abandoned, 16th May
Blue Skoda car WK17 XWX seems to have been abandoned outside 40 Carlton Hill. It arrived about a month ago and hasn’t moved. It has a parking ticket on the windscreen and I suspect doesn’t have a permit for the resident parking space it is occupying. Please can you investigate and act? Thank you

Rubbish dumped/furniture,cardboard etc, 16th May
Unfortunately someone decided to dump a lot of furniture,cardboard etc late at night. The bin area has been left messy ,ugly and has left tenants angry and frustrated. Want rubbish to be disposed of asap.This you will find on Bledlow Close at the end of the street resting against a high wall.(post code NW8 8RU)

Cycle Lane not clearly Marked, 16th May
The markings for the cycle lane are not clear here. I regularly have to avoid traffic still trying to use the lane to turn left. It is extremely dangerous. Clearer markings or bollards are required.

Unnecessary four way lights at junction of Abbey Road and Carlton Hill, 16th May
Totally unnecessary four way lights at junction of Abbey Road and Carlton Hill . Thames Water are apparently doing (or will be doing) some work on the pavement on Abbey Road. As the people putting up the temporary lights told me this morning there is no need to introduce the lights and cause traffic issues. Why do Thames Water think they can adversely affect people in this way? Presumably because no-one bothers to complain.

When it rains we get water dripping into our under croft area under Bishop Bridge. There appears to be a grey box attached to the underside of the road where the water is coming from as per the pictures attached.
