Overgrown tree needs cutting back, 6th May
The tree in the back garden of 49 Hamilton Gardens has grown far too big and is causing the wall to collapse towards the pavement - this has happened in the past too. This is a danger to passing pedestrians. The branches are also too close to the houses which causes pigeon droppings to land on our back door. The tree needs to cut back significantly.

Hire bikes obstructing view, 5th May
The e bike parking which is located in the middle of Sutherland Ave as you cross over from Warwick Ave to Delaware is obstructing driver’s view. When driving across Sutherland into Delaware Road, it is very difficult to see oncoming traffic as the row of e bikes parked obstructs the view and have also witness multiple near misses. These bikes need to be relocated asap before a major accident occurs
