15/1/24 around 7pm no lighting on Spencer Hse steps, 14th May
I had a very bad fall, well trip really (see one of pics) as there's a ledge at the eastern end of the steps which was not visible in the dark. This was very dangerous as it was not lit at all. I only recently went back to the area and took photos but it was not dark so Ive no idea whether the lighting is fixed or better. - I suspect not. But this is really dangerous and needs checking and rectifying.

Previous road works not carried out correctly resulting in the gulley being installed too high, with water spilling onto the footway caused by passing vehicles.. Suggest contractor on site nearby to carry out remedial work in lowering the gulley as per the red route photo
