Manhole cover is loose. DANGEROUS AND NOISY, 29th March
It's a loose.manhole cover that's getting noisier by the day. Its so noisy no one sleeps. I see people swerving it now and almost crashing into pedestrians! It's a danger to society, there's so many kids around here. Fatal accident waiting to happen
