Trees encroaching on Garfield House, 15th May
There are three large trees on the pavement outside Garfield House, 86-106 Edgware Road, W2 2EA. I am the property manager for the building and I am worried the trees are starting to encroach on the building and are in need of being cut back . This could lead to a H&S issue, such as if there is a fire at the property the fire birdcage would not be able to access certain areas. Additionally I am worried about any damage that could be caused in the trees continue to grow unchecked.

The issue is still happening, following a visit on 03/05 after a heavy rainfall the rainwater drain is still leaking into our vault and causing water damage - could you please contact the Facilities Manager for this building on 07837 101 504 - Tony Robreau to arrange to meet on site to investigate and resolve fully - please arrange to attend asap
