As you clearly show no interest in even responding to this problem then I assume you take responsibility over potential problems - traffic related or criminal - arrising from failure of street light

Hire e-bikes are blocking residents' parking bays in St James's Square, 2nd May
Two Tier e-bikes are in a residents ' bay outside 22 St James's Square and have been there for days despite complaints. Approx 15 Lime e-bikes and Lime e-scooters are in the next residents' parking bay along outside of their allocated space. A Lime e-scooter has been left leaning up against a resident's car. Altogether the bikes are unlawfully taking up three residents' parking bays.
