Problem with traffic lights stuck on red, 11th May
Was waiting for nearly 10 minutes at about 4:25om for the lights to change at the junction of Westcote Road with Mitcham Lane. People ended up jumping the red light. Eventually the light turned green, but I think there must be a problem, because it’s not normally like that.

Jankowski Waste removal business breaching peace and blocking roads as well as pavements. The owner of this company resides at 81 Runnymede crescent and the waste removal vans are regularly blocking the road as they are lined side by side with noisy transfer of waste. In addition the employees regularly block the pavement. Please investigate the legality of this business as the public residential street is essentially being used as a business premises by storing of vehicles as well.
