My son was scooting along the pavement, his wheel got caught in the ditch he lost balance, came off and had to go to hospital. There is blood all over the pavement. Safety barriers cause people to have to walk in cycle lane, 11th May
Safety barriers put up around a supposedly risky cover on the pavement. The barriers have been there at least a year. The number on the barrier to call doesn't work. This large barrier narrows the pavement and causes people to have to walk on to the cycle lane without looking as I approach with my dog. It is on Ivor Place, at the top of Chagford Street.
