For an extended period of time now, there has been a recurring issue of unpleasant smells resulting from the drain system in the vicinity of our community. The intensity and persistence of these odors are particularly noticeable during certain times of the day, becoming more prominent in wet weather conditions. The offensive odors are not only a nuisance but also have the potential to affect the health and well-being of the residents.
Given the significant impact this issue has on our daily lives, I kindly request that the local council take immediate action to investigate the source and rectify this problem. I understand that the local council is responsible for maintaining the drainage system and addressing any issues that arise. Therefore, I would appreciate it if a thorough inspection of the drain galley is conducted to identify the cause of the unpleasant odours.

An animal or person has gotten into the lower ground floor and defecated on the floor., 3rd April
250 Gloucester terrace lower ground floor (by exterior exit) has a large amount of faeces in it that can only be human. It’s been there since at least Monday. The whole flat uses the lower ground floor to take their bins out. We have had problems with lower ground floor flat before, which had squatters previously and is now boarded up and inaccessible
