Manhole cover in the middle of the street near the Westminster bin, 13th May
They have done works laying the infrastructure, but when they closed the lid back, it was not closed properly and now every time a car passes over it slams together creating an excessive noise throughout the day and night that makes it impossible to sleep at night

Person sitting in car for hours with engine on Driver seems to be avoiding paying parking charge. This happens several times a week, and lasts for most of the day. At the time, 13.05, he has been sitting there since 10am, with the Engine running. Please attend as this happens every day

Opposite 56 Delancey Street., 13th May
This slow down traffic sign has not been operational since at least last year! I reported this months ago, you advised me that the order for new lights was pending. Why has this not been fixed yet? Unacceptable. There have been several serious accidents on this street, Delancey St in the past couple of months alone - from speeding traffic! These accidents caused by no traffic signs, have resulted in life changing injuries and possibly deaths, caused from this terrible negligence. I have reported it to the police and I will report it again. Inform them still nothing has been fixed! How can you possibly let this remain out of order?? There is no traffic regulation. Extremely poor. Which date is this finally getting fixed?? I will not hesitate to report this to a bigger government authority and the media.

The markings for the cycle lane are not clear here. I regularly have to avoid traffic still trying to use the lane to turn left. It is extremely dangerous. Clearer markings or bollards are required.
