In Road gulley at bust stop N West Hampstead thameslink, 26th April
The pothole in the road gully at bus stop N on West End Lane has reopened. It has been fixed several times in the past but not effectively as the pothole as now re-emerged and there are electric cables visible in the hole again. Dangerous for cyclists.

Multiple locations on posts along the length of Cochrane Street, posters sellotaped to posts, about 10-12 locations, many in the vicinity of Densham House. This was reported in Nov 2023 but still has not been addressed.

I reported this 2 days corner of Lynton Rd near Brondesbury rd, 25th April
There is still fly tipped litter lying around at the place I reported. Whoever picked up the fly tipped rubbish failed to remove it ALL. Please send someone out to clean this up. There are at least 3 or 4 pieces of unsitely litter on the pavement. Thanks
