Please send someone to clean the street and pavements at the top of Brondesbury Villas, between number 5 and Kilburn High Street. This hasn't been cleaned this week and some of the glass bottles have now broken causing further hazards.

Pavement outside 29 Gondar Gardens NW6., 10th May
Everyday the builders working on 29 Gondar Gardens NW6 block the whole pavement with barriers for the whole day and use the pavement to saw wood and mix concrete. As there are no dropped or lowered kerbs nearby. Wheelchair users are forced to turn around and find another route and pedestrians are forced to walk in the roadway to get past. The building firms are Simply Basements, Tel 08009177571 and Abtec Basements, Tel 01252515168. It was reported to Simply Basements on 01/05/2024 but they are still doing it. 1st photo was taken on 26/04/2024 and the other today, 10/05/2024.

90 Granville Road corner with Princess road., 10th May
The gully is blocked on the pavement of the new building (90 Granville Road). The street also gets flooded on a daily baisis. This is causing the water to flood inside our bin store (photo attached). The pavement and street gully must be fixed urgently as it is causing issues in our building due to poor maintenance from the council. The smeel of sewage is entering our houses. There is a bench on the hill which is being used by crack heads & alcoholic who are using in broad daylight & all Night. They are Threatening even a women chase us report to the police that bench needs to Go ASAP! Children use that way every day. Needles every way

Sign post outside 79 Priory Park Rd, 9th May
Trolley now attached to the sign post partially obstructing footpath. This is in addition to the disused bikes which have been there for at least the last three years, possibly five, and are never used nor moved and are both an eyesore and obstacle to parking a car.
